Yoga is used all around the world to help with flexibility, increasing muscle strength,weight loss, and preventing injuries. Athletes use yoga everyday to help them get ahead. Today's post will go over the top 3 best Yoga poses to try yourself at home.


  1. Pelvic Twists


Make sure to do these slowly and to push yourself to a more fluid motion. Try doing 3 sets of 10 reps. You should notice relief in pain in your back.


2.Leg Lunge


Lift those legs and stretch! Make sure to take your time on these sets and to breathe 3-5 seconds between sets.


Standing Straight Arm Reaches




Take a deep breathe while standing up and reach for the skies. Reach for the sky like a giraffe. Hold each pose for 3-5 seconds.
