In today's post we will go over 3 simple exercises you can do at home to still get in that PUMP you so much desire.

1. Pushups



Lets not cheat ourselves on one of the most effective exercises! For beginners make sure to bend your knees.

2.Milk Carton Curls



That’s right Milk Cartons weigh a decent amount. Get the most out of this exercise by taking you time on each rep and really feeling that burn.

3.Situps



Get those shredded abs for next summer by doing a few sets of situps.
