POA whats your plan of action. Alot of times we have the motivation strive, and desire to workout but for some reason it just doesn't happen that way. With having a proper plan of action you to can hold yourself accountable to that goal you want to achieve. So next time your trying to achieve your at home fitness goals make sure to have a proper plan of action to go along with it. Some strategies that work for some include making a list. With that list you describe what you want to accomplish and your steps in achieving that goal. For example if your goal is to loose weight one might start off by getting more specific wit that goal. I want to loose 10 pounds by July 4 because i want to have a beach body. After that you would list the things your going to do such as eating less carbs doing more cardio etc. Make sure to include dates and to have this list where you can always see it and look back to it. By holding your self accountable, this plan of action will manifest your desires into reality.
